I know nothing about HVAC and am always concerned about someone selling me something that I just don’t need. Stephen explains what he needs to do before performing any work, looks for ways to be the most cost-conscience, will work odd hours and weekends, and does the job right the first time. I’m at the point in my professional reltaionship with Stephen that I just tell him to fix whatever is broken, and completely trust him to take the very best care of me!!! Stephen is a one man show and works efficiently and is very clean. Everything was brand new so I was in a real dilemma trying to understand why the kids that occupied the bedrooms on the opposite side of the house always complained about not being able to sleep because they were too hot. There was a time when integrity meant something. Nowadays integrity, for the most part, doesn’t mean what it should. One of the few exceptions is Voss Integrity HVAC. I have subcontracted work with sundry refrigeration contractors for 25 years and Stephen Voss definitely lives up to his company’s name. He often foresees problems before they occur and, when they occur, he fixes the problem. There have been times when Stephen Voss has come up with a solution to a problem that I couldn’t solve. I often get emails from Stephen stating items that we need to consider when working with large General Contractors. When we do pre-construction meetings together it seems he is thinking one step ahead of me. In my opinion Stephen Voss is one of the best installers with whom I have ever had the pleasure of doing business.

Mr. Stephen Voss was referred to me by my brother in law in 2008 when my AC had quit on me. Mr. Voss showed up the same day I called him and repaired the unit. He also found that the wrong capacitor had been put in by a previous company. He repaired the fan blade and installed a new capacitor and I consider the charges resonable.

Shortly after that I had him out to my son’s office for a water leak in the ceiling from the roof top AC. I was impressed with how he fixed the leak. He has serviced my families equipment ever since.

My unit went out last week at 10:00 PM. I left a voice message that night and he called me the next morning and had the unit repaired by mid day. Since he repaired the unit it is working better than before.

What I really like about Stephen Voss is that he does excellent work, he knows what he is doing and charges honest fees. I respect him for the type of person he is and I trust him.

Stephen was honest and always did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. All Personal Protective Equipment was worn at all times onsite, which is an OSHA requirement. Any problems that occured during install were addressed immediately and resolved. All coordination needed with other trades was done prior to installation.Unit has been running about 6 months now without any problems. I enjoyed working with Stephen and would reccomend him to anyone.

My home was built in 2001. The original HVAC system was designed OK, but because the Duct installation was poor the house had serious comfort issues.

The guest side of the house was VERY difficult to cool in the summer and heat in the winter. When you got the guest side temperature set, the master side of the house was very uncomfortable, meaning it was very cold in the summer and very hot in the winter. You just could not balance the comfort. We put up with this situation for almost 15 years.

After discussing with other HVAC contractors, who never really gave me confidence in there solution I was introduced to Stephen at VOSS HVAC. I'm paying this forward to anyone who has a difficult or technical challenge to there HVAC system. Stephen Voss came to my house, did a detailed evaluation of my original system and pointed out where the system fell short and why I was having comfort issues. VOSS HVAC did detailed analysis for the new DUCT and Zoned system. Stephen's HVAC experience, confidence in his solution and the cost estimate made VOSS HVAC my choice.

The installation process was just as professional. VOSS HVAC communicated the project time duration's accurately, and were actually finished ahead of schedule. His technicians were courteous and professional.

My wife and I want to thank Voss HVAC and there staff again for the quality renovation to my whole house HVAC system. We just went through our first cold/freeze this year and I just cant believe how GREAT the system performs. No more cold areas of the house. The whole house stays at an even temperature. NO MORE COMFORT ISSUES!

I highly recommend VOSS HVAC !!
