Service Rates

Residential Service call $69.00
Includes travel to your location (up to 30 minutes), troubleshooting and presentation of repair recommendations. The initial report will include the total cost for the repair(s) plus the service call. If no further repairs are needed the service call fee will be collected.

Residential Annual Agreement $190.00
Includes two complete tune ups, free service calls and a 15% discount on repairs. Tune ups are generally performed during the Spring and Fall seasons. Price is for one residential system, each additional system is roughly $160.00 but discounted per additional system added.

Commercial and Laboratory diagnostic services $135.00
One Hour Minimum. Billed in 15 minute increments.
